This is the cost-effective alternative to buying a new cutting machine, because you can still work with the machine for a long time.

 

Control

We use the most modern automation components. The control system is a Siemens PLC. The user interface is a Siemens touch screen monitor. It is installed in a Rittal control cabinet.

All DC motors in the machine will be replaced with new AC motors.

Existing AC motors or servo motors, sensors and connection cables of the machine will remain and will be replaced on request.

User interface

The user interface was designed for a short learning curve and is user-friendly.

Optional control panel

The control system can optionally be integrated into a separate operating panel. This saves considerable space in front of the machine.

Manufacturer independence

The conversion is manufacturer-independent and can be carried out for all cutting machines from different manufacturers.

Remote access

An optionally integrated modem enables remote diagnoses and software updates worldwide.

Power supply

The power supply is 400 VAC with 50 / 60 cycles. This may be adapted as per your specification. An optional transformer may become necessary.

The controller comes fully tested and ready for plug-and-play installation to keep installation time short.
