The automatic vertical cutting machine type sitola SVC is used to cut sheets or trim blocks of PU and PE foams, rebonded foams and similar materials in the industries of furniture, mattresses and packing.

Pneumatic tensioning of the band knife with additional pressure switching for a temporary increase in the knife tension. Use of precision linear guides for moving the cutting unit and the side fence. The high-quality anodized aluminum sheets of the work table enable low-friction movement of the material to be cut.

Power supply

The power supply is 400 VAC with 50 / 60 cycles. This may be adapted as per your specification. An optional transformer may become necessary.

User interface

The user interface was designed for a quick familiarization period and is very user-friendly for entering cutting programs with cutting thickness and number. Using teach-in mode as a path control, cutting paths and cutting times are reduced.

Control for vertical foam cutting machines included

We use state-of-the-art servo technology with a Siemens PLC control S7-1500, an operation via a 12 "TFT Siemens touch control panel mounted in a Rittal console. The Siemens servo motors and gears used can be separated to ensure a cheap spare parts supply.

Safety advise machine

The machine is manufactured according CE (European Standard). Delivery of the machine includes a safety fence.
